You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item free of charge by post or to exchange it in one of our stores.

Any return or exchange must be the subject of a prior request made from an email with the subject “Return request”.

The items must be returned new, unused and in perfect resalable condition, in their original and complete packaging (labels, packaging, any accessories, etc.) and accompanied by the return form.

Shoe boxes must not have any tape, glued labels or any inscriptions.
