From the same day, or more generally within 24 hours, our teams process your order, the status then changes to “Processing”. Our teams have taken care of your order.
We will inform you as best we can if there is a possible delay in processing your order.
You then receive an email “In preparation”: just have a little patience, your articles will arrive soon. We carry out a final check before packing it and entrusting it to our carrier.
As soon as your order is delivered to the carrier, the status changes to “Shipped”, you will also receive an email “Your order will be delivered” containing the tracking link for your package.
